Many of the people I work with live with a constant undercurrent of fear. Fear of getting it wrong, of slowing down, of falling behind, of not doing enough, of letting people down. They ruminate, worry, and carry work and responsibility long after the day ends.
They come to coaching wanting more clarity, less fear, more calm, and more time that actually feels like theirs, so they can enjoy their work and life without burning themselves out.

My Approach
My work is rooted in embodied awareness. We work through emotions and body sensations, because that’s where patterns actually live and where your system already holds a lot of information. Drawing on neuroscience and psychology, I help you slow down enough to listen to what’s underneath the noise of the mind, so change can happen without force.
This isn’t surface-level mindset work. It’s grounded, embodied, transformational coaching.

I started working with Rita in March. I was emotionally drained and had a hard time finding the motivation to do my work. I thought it was a side-effect of hearing about the war in Ukraine. But after just a few sessions, thanks to Rita's help I realized that was just the straw that broke the camel’s back.
My problems were coming from something deeper. Unprocessed emotions. It wasn't until I talked about it with Rita that I realized I hadn't spilled a tear in over a year. Which isn't normal. So I was "eating" all of my emotions and I wasn't even aware of it.
That and so much more came out during our sessions. Which became one of the best parts of the week. I started to experience relief from the first session.
She showed me how to calm down when I felt stressed. And even how to pay attention to my body when I became stressed so I don't become overwhelmed and snap at the people I care about.
Looking back, when we began working together I had sleep problems (couldn't shut my brain at night), had even experienced anxiety attacks (couldn't calm down after experiencing a stressful situation), had a lot of self-abusive thoughts and was most likely heading towards getting myself really sick.
So, I am very grateful for the transformation.
It's August now. And I have been sleeping during nights so much better since July already. I no longer deal with massive, out of the blue pains in my body. I relearned how to listen to my body and process emotions, even when the emotions are major stressors for trauma or unhealed childhood wounds. I no longer feel that I can't breathe when I experience sadness or anger.
Couldn't have had a better guide in this journey. She was patient, curious and at the same time very effective. 100% recommend and will continue to work with her.
