Hi, I’m Rita Ainsworth

I spent over a decade in performance marketing, worked myself to multiple burnouts, and eventually had to leave the career I loved. Not because I wanted to, but because I couldn't see another way.

It turned out there was another way. I just didn't know it yet.

Now I work with high-achievers who are exhausted by the cost of their own success. People who are good at what they do, who've built something real, but who are running on fear — the belief that they're only as good as their last result, that stopping means falling behind, that rest has to be earned.

Most of them have been here before. They burned out, thought a new job would fix it, and slowly realised the same pattern was following them. Because it was never the workplace. The fear lives inside, and it comes with you everywhere you go.

I help these people — driven, capable, self-aware enough to know something needs to change — find out who they are when that fear stops driving. And what becomes possible when the work comes from a different place entirely.

My background

Finding that other way took years.

After I left, I threw myself into understanding what had actually happened to me. Not just the burnout, but the pattern underneath it. Why I couldn't stop even when I wanted to. Why rest felt dangerous. Why my worth felt so completely tied to what I produced.

That search led me deep into neuroscience, somatic work, and parts-based therapy, specifically Internal Family Systems. I learned that the patterns running us aren't character flaws. They're survival strategies, formed long before we had words for them, carried silently into every job, every relationship, every quiet moment we try to fill with work.

I trained as a human potential coach with a deep focus on nervous system regulation, somatic experiencing, and the body's role in lasting change. Because I'd tried talking about it. And talking helped, but it didn't shift the thing in my body that still felt like it wasn't safe to stop.

The work we do together is different. We don't just talk about the pattern. We find where it lives in the body, understand where it came from, and help it finally relax.

When it does, something remarkable happens. The work doesn't go away, but the fear that was driving it does. And what comes in its place is a sense of your own power. Doing the same work, but from a place you actually chose.
